About This Role
Join Azan Care as a Care Assistant supporting residents at 168 Kimbolton Road and in the community. You will help with personal care, mobility, meals, and social activities while promoting dignity and independence. Ongoing training and flexible shifts available.
Key Responsibilities
- Personal care, mobility support, and dignity-focused daily living assistance
- Medication prompts and accurate care record keeping
- Supporting residents with meals, activities, and emotional wellbeing
- Working within safeguarding and CQC-regulated standards
- Collaborating with nurses, families, and the wider care team

What We Look For
- You already live in the UK — we do not recruit this role from overseas
- You need a Certificate of Sponsorship, or you already have the right to work here
- A genuine interest in supporting older people with dignity and patience
- Care experience is welcome; we also train the right person who is new to care
- Reliable, calm, and comfortable working as part of a shift team
- Willing to complete a DBS check, induction, and mandatory training
- Flexible for days, evenings, weekends, and some bank holidays
