Care Assistant

Join our compassionate team and make a real difference every day. We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and dedicated Care Assistant to support our residents to live with dignity, comfort, and joy.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care, including support with washing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and mealtimes.
• Build trusting relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
• Observe, record, and report changes in residents’ wellbeing.
• Assist with activities that promote social connection, independence, and mental stimulation.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and homely environment.
• Work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team and follow care plans and policies.

Schedule

• Full-time rota including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Shifts: 07:45–15:00 or 14:45–22:00.
