About the Opportunity:The CARE ADVOCATE role focuses on selling supplemental health insurance policies, including vision, dental, audiology, and podiatry coverage, primarily targeting Medicaid and self-pay clients. This position plays a vital role in expanding insurance coverage options for seniors by educating prospects on accessible benefits and collaborating with clinical and partner teams to maintain service quality. The role directly contributes to increasing policy adoption and supporting the organization's mission to improve healthcare accessibility for the senior population. Responsibilities:Educate prospects about supplemental insurance coverage options for dental, eye care, and auditory services.Maintain regular contact with prospects and healthcare decision influencers.Apply sales and educational best practices to convert prospects to appropriate policies.Collaborate with partners and clinical coordinators to resolve service issues.Update resident and facility account information in the database.Maintain and enhance product and industry knowledge.Sell Medicare supplemental policies including vision, dental, audiology, and podiatry.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.Perform additional job-related duties as assigned. Requirements:State-issued health insurance license.Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.Preferred experience selling supplemental insurance policies.Preferred healthcare industry experience with supplemental insurance.Experience with outbound calls and engaging prospects.Verbal and written fluency in English required; fluency in secondary languages like Spanish or Mandarin is a plus.Strong planning and organizational skills.Attention to detail and quality control.Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other company technology platforms.Adaptability to changing work environments and demands.Dependability and ability to follow directions.Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Pay Range and Compensation Package:Target compensation $80,000 to $100,000 plus uncapped commissions.
