Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for the client, ensuring coordinated communication across functions
- Manage overall program planning, coordination, and execution of assignments
- Coverage of subject matter experts and clinical staff according to project needs
- Oversee quality assurance processes to meet regulatory and contractual requirements
- Maintain an overview of program activities to ensure alignment across functions
- Cookordination of multidisciplinary teams for integrated service delivery and consistent standards
Qualifications
- Master's degree in public administration, social services, health, education, nursing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience managing complex federal programs with multidisciplinary teams
- Experience in program oversight, quality assurance, and performance management
- 7+ years of experience managing teams in a congregate care environment
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
