Care Administrator

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for the client, ensuring coordinated communication across functions
• Manage overall program planning, coordination, and execution of assignments
• Coverage of subject matter experts and clinical staff according to project needs
• Oversee quality assurance processes to meet regulatory and contractual requirements
• Maintain an overview of program activities to ensure alignment across functions
• Cookordination of multidisciplinary teams for integrated service delivery and consistent standards

Qualifications

• Master's degree in public administration, social services, health, education, nursing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing complex federal programs with multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in program oversight, quality assurance, and performance management
• 7+ years of experience managing teams in a congregate care environment
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

Pay

$108,476 – $184,409 annually
