Requirements
- Direct experience required for some positions
- Comprehensive knowledge of trading cards and/or sports required for any role
- A high school Diploma/GED is desired
- Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills with guests, team members and management
- The ability to meet or exceed sales, guest service standards
- Comfortable working and speaking with the public
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays
- Ability to maneuver around sales floor, stock room, and ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs
- A clear understanding of retail metrics including key performance indicators necessary to drive sales
