Requirements

• Direct experience required for some positions
• Comprehensive knowledge of trading cards and/or sports required for any role
• A high school Diploma/GED is desired
• Excellent organizational, verbal, interpersonal and communication skills are needed
• The ability to meet or exceed sales and guest service standards is necessary
• Comfortable working and speaking with the public is required
• Basic computer skills are needed
• The ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays is expected
• The ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock room, and lift/carry up to 30 lbs is necessary
• A clear understanding of retail metrics including key performance indicators necessary to drive sales is required
