Role Overview: Coordinates cardiovascular structural programs by collaborating with cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and healthcare team members. Responsible for developing policies, patient care pathways, ensuring standards of care, and monitoring volume, quality, and compliance. Supports program growth through protocol development, clinical workflows, education, and research efforts.
