Cardiovascular Quality Coordinator

Role Overview: Coordinates comprehensive cardiovascular structural programs by collaborating with interventional and non-invasive cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, and healthcare team members. Responsible for developing policies, patient care pathways, and ensuring adherence to standards of care. Monitors program volume, quality, and compliance, reporting appropriately. Supports program growth by developing protocols, clinical workflows, and educational initiatives. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in NursingCurrent state RN licensure or eligible for licensureMinimum of 3 years of cardiology patient care experiencePreferred: 2 years managing quality programsStrong logical thinking, care coordination, standards development, and effective communication skills Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds regularlyProlonged standing and walkingCapability to reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat as needed
