Job Summary

The Great Falls Clinic and Great Falls Hospital are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP/PA) to join their Cardiovascular (CVT) team in Great Falls, Montana. About the Role

This role involves a mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities and offers the flexibility of an optional 4-day workweek. Scheduling is predictable with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. The practice uses an integrated EMR system (Meditech and Athena) and has access to a comprehensive referral network across the region.

Responsibilities

• Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of three (3) years of critical care, cardiac, or closely related clinical experience
• Vein harvesting certification and/or first assist experience preferred
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Board-certified or board-eligible
• Eligible for Montana licensure
• Comfortable working in a collaborative cardiovascular setting
• Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
