About the role

Seeking a cardiothoracic surgeon to join an established, expanding program specializing in full-scope cardiac and thoracic surgery. The role involves managing adult cardiac procedures such as coronary revascularization, valve repairs, and aortic surgeries, as well as thoracic surgeries including lung resections and esophageal procedures. Collaboration with interventional cardiology on structural heart procedures and providing ECMO support are key components.

Qualifications & Skills

• Board certified or eligible in Cardiothoracic Surgery
• Experience with general adult cardiac and thoracic surgery
• Interest in structural heart program development
• Team-oriented, collaborative attitude, eager to build a long-term practice

Responsibilities

• Performing a range of adult cardiac and thoracic surgeries
• Participating in program growth and development
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams for structural heart procedures
• Providing ECMO support when needed
