Description
SGMC Health is the most comprehensive health system serving South Georgia and North Florida, operating four hospitals across Lowndes, Berrien, and Lanier counties. Position Description
- Full-time, permanent, hospital employed position
- Salary guarantee period and excellent earning potential based on productivity
- Cardiathoracic Clinic is located on SGMC’s main campus in Valdosta, GA
- The group runs structural heart program (TAVR, TMVR & Mitra Clip), and aortic surveillance clinics
- Call is 1:3
- Dedicated Heart ORs with Dedicated Heart OR Team
- 1 Endovascular Hybrid Suite
- Dedicated APPs
- Excellent referral pattern with cardiology groups

Qualifications
- Board eligible/certified by the American Board of Thoracic Surgery
- Eligible for unrestricted medical licensure in the State of Georgia
- Experience with the EPIC is a plus.
