About the Role
Provide advanced, patient-centered care for surgical and critically ill cardiothoracic patients.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate complex nursing care for cardiothoracic patients
- Manage hemodynamic monitoring and titrate critical drips
- Support patients during pre- and post-operative recovery
- Collaborate with surgeons, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver evidence-based care
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong clinical knowledge in cardiothoracic nursing
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Proficiency in hemodynamic management and critical care procedures
