Cardiology Program Delivery Lead

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Cardiology Program Delivery Lead to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead the delivery of cardiology-focused programs that improve how care is coordinated and experienced across provider and member populations. The ideal candidate will partner closely with senior leaders, providers, and internal stakeholders to drive implementation planning, monitor outcomes, and ensure programs are executed effectively. This position requires strong judgment, the ability to work independently on complex issues, and a focus on improving consumer experiences in a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Pay

$115,200 – $158,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement programs to influence providers and members
• Collaborate with leaders on implementation planning
• Review and communicate program results
• Advise executives on segment-specific functional strategies
• Make independent decisions on complex issues with minimal supervision

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of technical experience
• 2+ years of project leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office XP products, including Word, Excel, and Access
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Passion for improving consumer experiences
