Lead Program Delivery
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Lead Program Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Healthcare space. This role will lead end-to-end program and product delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced healthcare environment. You will drive coordination, execution, and visibility for complex initiatives that support launches, adoption, and operational readiness. The position partners closely with product teams, enablement partners, and other cross-functional stakeholders to keep milestones on track and ensure seamless delivery. Success in this role will come from strong program discipline, clear communication, and the ability to manage dependencies, risks, and documentation with precision. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end program and product delivery across multiple workstreams
- Manage project milestones, timelines, dependencies, and risks across complex initiatives
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and communication to maintain project momentum
- Serve as a liaison between product teams and enablement partners for operational execution
- Develop and maintain program documentation and artifacts for stakeholder clarity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in program delivery, project management, product operations, or a related cross-functional role
- Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and adoption enablement activities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Proficiency with program and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint

Pay
$115,200 – $158,400 annually
