About the role
SageWest Health Care is actively recruiting an experienced Cardiologist to build and lead a new service line in Lander and Riverton, Wyoming. The position offers combined facilities with 133 beds serving a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming. The role includes a mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage, approximately 10 days of call per month, and guaranteed compensation during the ramp-up period.
Responsibilities
- Scope of practice includes General / Non-Invasive Cardiology and Electrophysiology (EP) welcomed
- Perform procedures such as Echo, TEE, nuclear/stress testing, cardiac CT/MRI, device management including pacemakers and ICDs
- Manage a dedicated clinical support staff
- Help shape program development and future expansion
Requirements
- BE/BC in Cardiology
- Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WY and DEA with full prescriptive authority

Pay
Compensation in the MGMA 50th -75th percentile inclusive of wRVU production incentive, $5K CME allowance, $30K sign-on bonus, 25+ days PTO, $10K relocation allowance, student loan repayment assistance, health benefits, 401(k) retirement plan, medical malpractice insurance/tail coverage.
Schedule
Full-time schedule (40 hours/week), Initial mix of outpatient clinic and inpatient coverage, Approximately 10 days of call per month.
