About the role

Adventist HealthCare's Cardiac Associates seeks to hire an experienced Nurse Practitioner who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental, and spiritual healing.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosis and treatment of work-related injuries and illnesses within the ARNP scope of practice.
• Monitor course of treatment and make referrals to other health care providers as necessary.
• Coordination of care/case management as indicated, including collaboration with medical consultants and other healthcare/rehabilitation providers, attorneys, the employee’s supervisor, and the employee.
• Treatment of non-work-related injury and illness that requires limited follow up and falls under ARNP scope of practice.
• Fitness for duty evaluation and screening, including modified duty and appropriate restrictions as warranted by evaluation, unable to work and return to work protocols.
• Treatment of conditions such as musculoskeletal issues, dermatologic conditions, infectious diseases, and other minor chronic problems.
