About the role
The Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider will manage outpatients requiring cardiac care under the supervision of a multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical expertise and excellent decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage outpatient cardiac care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Contribute to the educational and support needs of patients with both acute and chronic conditions
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited master's-level program
- National certification
- Current NYS professional license
Qualifications
- Self-driven and ready to contribute to patient care
- Background in cardiology preferred
- Significant on-the-job training will be provided

- Strong clinical expertise
- Excellent decision-making abilities
