Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, quality, and speed in a high-energy pub environment
- Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company policies and local health regulations
- Ensure proper food handling, labeling, dating, and rotation of all products (FIFO)
- Maintain organized, clean, and properly stocked stations throughout service
- Set up and break down line stations efficiently for lunch, dinner, and special events
- Execute recipes and plating specifications accurately to maintain brand consistency
- Monitor product quality and communicate proactively regarding low inventory or product concerns
- Collaborate with the culinary leadership team on daily features and seasonal menu variations
- Maintain appropriate pars and communicate restocking needs to ensure uninterrupted service
- Support team members during peak periods to maintain ticket times and overall kitchen flow
- Contribute to a positive, accountable, and team-oriented kitchen culture
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall pub operations
Education And Experience
- A High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous line cook experience in a high-volume restaurant, pub, or hospitality environment required
- Experience executing multiple tickets simultaneously in a fast-paced setting preferred
- Knowledgeable in food safety, sanitation standards, and kitchen safety procedures
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and plating guides with precision
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to perform under pressure
- Effective verbal communication skills within a team-based kitchen environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize during peak service times
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to accountability and consistency
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
