Cardiac Telemetry Nurse - Nights

Role & Responsibilities Provides direct patient care in a Cardiac Telemetry unit, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care. Promotes patient and family-centered care, educates on illness management, and ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Develops and documents individualized care plans, collaborating with the healthcare team and considering patient preferences and needs. Uses critical nursing skills to evaluate physical, psychosocial, and emotional aspects of patient health.
