Cardiac Telemetry Nurse - Night Shift

About the Role

Provides direct patient care in a Cardiac Telemetry unit, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care
• Educates patients and families on illness management
• Participates in safety and quality improvement activities
• Develops and documents individualized care plans
• Evaluates physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs of patients
• Ensures effective communication across care teams
• Maintains safety awareness in all aspects of care

Qualifications

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree (required)
• Active RN license (required)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred)
• Less than two years of nursing experience
• Telemetry experience (preferred)
• No supervisory experience required
