Cardiac Telemetry Nurse - Night Shift

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care within the guidelines of nursing standards, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Promotes patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
• Ensures patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while participating in professional development.
• Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team and patients.
• Uses critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and cultural considerations.
• Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining constant alertness and safety protocols.

Qualifications & Skills

• Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN licensure required).
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and at least 2 years of experience.
• Telemetry experience and BSN are advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
