Role: Staff Registered Nurse in the Open Heart Recovery unit, providing specialized post-operative care for cardiovascular surgery patients. Responsibilities Monitor patient hemodynamics and vital signs closely.Administer medications and operate advanced cardiac equipment.Collaborate with an interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.Educate patients and families about post-operative care and recovery processes.Uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and patient care.
