About the role
Outpatient Cardiac Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (NP) providing support for preoperative and postoperative cardiac surgery patients.
Responsibilities
- Manage pre- and post-op cardiac cases
- Perform minor procedures such as wound debridement and packing
- Ensure patient care in an outpatient setting
Qualifications & Skills
- Active New Jersey Medical License
- DEA certification
- BLS certification
- Proficiency with EPIC EMR system
Key Duties
- Cover Monday–Friday, four 10-hour shifts
- Deliver patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams in a fast-paced outpatient environment
