Role Overview

As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, performing procedures, administering medications, and documenting care. You will collaborate with medical providers and care teams to ensure personalized and compassionate treatment, while advocating for patients and their families to promote positive clinical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, promptly reporting changes.
• Perform procedures, monitor responses, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Administer prescribed medications and respond to adverse reactions.
• Respond proactively to patient requests and needs.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatments, and follow-up care, translating complex information effectively.

Qualifications & Skills

• RN licensure with an Associate, Bachelor’s Degree, or RN Diploma.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months of employment.
• Strong communication, clinical judgment, and compassionate care skills.
