Cardiac Rehab Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based cardiac rehabilitation services to patients recovering from cardiac events and procedures.
• Design and lead individualized and group exercise programs tailored to patient needs.
• Monitor vitals and cardiac rhythms during sessions to ensure safety.
• Provide risk-factor modification, education, and lifestyle coaching to support patient recovery.
• Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive, goal-directed care.
