Cardiac Intensivist Fellow

This fellowship offers a comprehensive, one-year, non-ACGME program for critical care physicians focusing on cardiac surgery patient management. It provides exposure to advanced techniques such as mechanical circulatory support devices (Impella, RVAD, LVAD, Protek Duo, Tandem Heart), ECMO, and heart transplants. The Cardiac Intensivist Fellow will join a multidisciplinary team in a 27-bed Cardiac and Vascular ICU, collaborating with cardiac surgeons, anesthesiologists, and cardiologists. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited medical school, with foreign graduates holding an ECFMG certificate, and completed an ACGME-approved residency and fellowship in related critical care fields. Ideal candidates demonstrate excellent clinical skills, a broad knowledge of critical care, and a commitment to high-quality, evidence-based care.
