The Registered Nurse (RN) delivers high-quality patient care, promoting positive outcomes through compassionate and efficient nursing practice.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and conditions to provide appropriate care in their unit.
- Analyze medical history, diagnostic results, and current status to develop personalized care plans.
- Prepare and administer medications and treatments to ensure effective patient care.
- Reconcile medical records for accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Monitor patient responses and adjust interventions to meet care goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated care planning.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience; clinical specialty experience preferred.
- Valid RN license in North Carolina or a Compact state.
- Current BLS certification from American Red Cross or AHA.
