Cardiac Device Associate Operations Manager

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes within a healthcare environment. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership for a clinical and non-clinical team of 20-25
• Mentor and oversee the PCS/CIED Team Coordinator on a daily basis
• Ensure adequate staff coverage in clinics through effective scheduling
• Participate in management meetings to improve workflows and operational efficiency
• Approve employee timecards and time-off requests
• Lead incident review processes and communicate findings
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss updates and concerns
• Establish team goals and performance benchmarks
• Mentor staff for skill enhancement and professional growth
• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
• Assist in performance improvement actions as required
• Facilitate onboarding for new clinics
• Communicate with clients to ensure clinical goals are met
• Build strong client relationships and address concerns promptly
• Assist in recruiting and training team members
• Contribute to policy development and revisions
• Maintain regular communication with management about team performance

Qualifications

• Preferred IBHRE Certification
• Experience supervising or managing a large team
• Scheduling experience
• Strong organizational skills
• Effective problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Pay

$95,000 – $105,000 annually
