Responsibilities
- Makes sure everything runs smoothly in the Interventional Labs, including making schedules and solving problems.
- Ensures new products are checked for safety before they're used.
- Helps doctors and nurses learn about new equipment.
- Makes sure patients are safe during their tests and helps move them quickly.
- Handles all the day-to-day tasks for the whole department, like hiring new workers and making sure everyone knows what to do.
- Makes sure the department follows rules and stays safe.
- Looks for problems and finds ways to fix them.
- Teaches new workers how to do their jobs.
- Manages the team and makes sure everyone is doing a good job.
- Helps find new workers and makes sure they know what to do.
- Works hard to make sure the department spends money wisely.
- Talks to people in the department and outside to share important information.
Qualifications
- Has a bachelor's degree in nursing.
- Had at least 3 years of clinical experience in a critical care setting.
- Had at least 1-3 years of experience working in an Interventional Lab.
- Had at least 1-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Is licensed to practice as a registered nurse in Florida.
- Has a BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Has an ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification from the American Heart Association.
