Cardiac Cath Lab RN

Role: The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Cardiac Cath Lab provides specialized patient care under the supervision of the Cardiology Nurse Manager. Responsibilities: Administer medications, monitor vital signs and EKGs, perform patient assessments, document accurate records, coordinate patient education and post-procedure care, assist with emergency resuscitation, support in-service education, and contribute to data collection for quality improvement. Respond promptly to standby calls and assist in other system Cath labs as needed. Qualifications & Skills: Active RN license, Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certifications, and relevant nursing diploma.
