Cardiac Cath Lab - Clinical Nurse

Role Overview

Provides direct patient care through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring adherence to nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs.
• Participate in activities supporting patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; engage in professional development.
• Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
• Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing; preferred Bachelor's Degree.
• Licensure: Valid RN license; no prior experience required, but less than two years preferred.
• Preferred experience in ED or ICU.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
