Cardiac and Thoracic Surgeon

About the role

This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced cardiac procedures including TAVR
• Manage complex thoracic surgeries and patient care
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for patient outcomes
• Participate in continuous medical education and training
• Support and mentor surgical fellows and residents

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery
• Board certified or board eligible (BC/BE)
• Experience with adult cardiac procedures (CABG, AVR, etc.)
• Training in general thoracic surgery (thoracotomy, lung resection, etc.)
• Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Medical License
