About the role
This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced cardiac procedures including TAVR
- Manage complex thoracic surgeries and patient care
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team for patient outcomes
- Participate in continuous medical education and training
- Support and mentor surgical fellows and residents
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery
- Board certified or board eligible (BC/BE)
- Experience with adult cardiac procedures (CABG, AVR, etc.)
- Training in general thoracic surgery (thoracotomy, lung resection, etc.)
- Ability to obtain a Pennsylvania Medical License
