Thoracic Job Summary: HCA Florida Citrus Hospital is seeking to employ an experienced, board certified and fellowship trained thoracic surgeon in the beautiful city of Invernes, Florida. Qualified Candidates: 2-5 years post-graduate experience preferred, Board Certified or equivalent training in Thoracic Surgery, Able to participate in the HCA Florida Thoracic Tumor Board, as well as participate in the STS GTSD, Collaborate with the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute (the cancer arm of HCA Healthcare), Have an active Florida Medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to starting, Excellent interpersonal skills.

HCA Florida Citrus Hospital is a 204-bed acute care hospital offering advanced services, including a Heart and Vascular Center, Orthopedic and Spine Center of Excellence, Surgical Services, Women and Baby Center, Primary Stroke Center, Diagnostic Imaging and Laboratory Services, Rehabilitation Services and Wound Care and Hyperbaric Center. Responsibilities

• Participate in the HCA Florida Thoracic Tumor Board, as well as participate in the STS GTSD
• Collaborate with the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute (the cancer arm of HCA Healthcare)

Requirements

• 2-5 years post-graduate experience preferred
• Board Certified or equivalent training in Thoracic Surgery
• Able to participate in the HCA Florida Thoracic Tumor Board, as well as participate in the STS GTSD
• Collaborate with the Sarah Cannon Cancer Institute (the cancer arm of HCA Healthcare)
• Have an active Florida Medical license or the ability to obtain one prior to starting
