Card Operations Project Analyst

What You'll Do

• Support daily operational processes related to the bank's card services, including debit and commercial credit cards.
• Perform debit and commercial credit card inquiries or maintenance requests in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Handle debit and commercial credit account maintenance quality reviews and ancillary data analysis.
• Support internal teams with business initiatives and projects.
• Support internal and external customers with debit and commercial credit card account maintenance and inquiries within service level agreement expectations.
• Process quality control requests and provide feedback to management.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date cardholder records in the bank's systems.

What You'll Need

• 2+ years of related experience in Loan Administration or similar field.
• A high school diploma required.
• Intermediate knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
• Intermediate knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate experience in operations, including data entry, work requests through a workflow tool.
• Intermediate experience with either debit or credit cards.
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
