About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Cardboard Technician to join our manufacturing team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our cardboard production processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cardboard manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth production flow
• Inspect raw materials and finished products for quality and consistency
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment
• Assist in setting up machinery for different production runs
• Record production data accurately and report any discrepancies
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and quality standards

Requirements

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
• Knowledge of cardboard or paperboard manufacturing processes is a plus
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot industrial machinery
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to safety guidelines
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is advantageous
