Car Wash Team Member - Closing Shift

About the Role

Our team members are directly responsible for all customer interactions and experiences. Team members must provide the best customer service experience at any station they attend, including:

• Pay Station: Greet customers, assist with wash selection, and inform them of promotions or memberships.
• Loading Station: Guide customers onto the conveyor track safely, provide car wash instructions, and program equipment retracts.
• Parking Lot / Vacuum Station: Clean and sweep grounds, empty trash bins, and ensure vacuum nozzles are operational.

Daily routines include cleaning facilities, ensuring customer vehicles are clean, following checklists, and learning safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service at all assigned stations.
• Maintain cleanliness of car wash facilities and grounds.
• Follow daily and nightly checklists for operational tasks.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines.
• Assist customers quickly and efficiently, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40lbs.

Requirements

• Enjoy working with people and maintain a friendly, polite demeanor.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold).

Pay

SouthEast Pay Bands:

• $13.00/hour: No experience needed.
• $14.00/hour: 3+ months in service/retail roles; ability to handle full-service tasks.
• $15.00/hour: 6+ months car wash experience; works unsupervised in tunnel/lot/full-service.

Flexible pay options: Access up to 50% of earned wages after each shift via Wagestream.

Bonus opportunities: Bi-weekly commissions and employee of the month bonuses.

Schedule

• Working Days: Monday – Sunday (full-time team members must work some weekends).
• Working Hours: 7:30 AM – 9:00 PM (shifts vary). Open availability is preferred, with a specific need for team members available 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM.
• Positions available: Full-time or part-time.
