Car Wash Team Member

About the role

Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a dynamic Team Member to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Ideal candidates are passionate about operational excellence and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
• Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
• Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
• Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
• Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.

Requirements

• Age: At least 16 years of age.
• Education: Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth-grade level.
• Availability: Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must work at least one day on the weekend.
• Physical Requirements: Lifting capacity of up to 50 lbs., ability to stand, walk, and move around vehicles for extended periods, tolerance to exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.

Pay

Average $17.25 - $20.25 per hour (includes wages and performance-based bonuses).

Schedule

Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must work at least one day on the weekend.
