Golden Nozzle Car Wash is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Member to support daily operations and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Provide best-in-class customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Recite standard customer service greetings using an on-site electronic tablet and assist with executing sales initiatives and membership growth strategies.
Help ensure the facility, equipment, and grounds are clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
Support efforts to optimize vehicle throughput to minimize wait times and enhance the customer experience.
Follow all company safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards.
Perform general housekeeping duties and monitor inventory levels to assist with restocking chemicals and supplies.

Age: At least 16 years of age.
Education: Read, write, and perform arithmetic calculations at an eighth-grade level.
Availability: Flexible availability to cover shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must work at least one day on the weekend.
Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 50 lbs., standing, walking, moving around vehicles for extended periods, tolerating exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
