About the role

The Impact You'll Make: As a Car Wash Sales Representative, you’ll be the friendly face and persuasive voice that connects customers to our services. You’ll help drivers discover the value of our unlimited wash plans, seasonal promotions, and premium upgrades — turning first-time visitors into loyal members. Your work will directly fuel our growth and keep our customers coming back.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.
• Maintain excellent customer service while meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Aid in light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Learn to direct vehicles safely into car wash tunnels ensuring safe and smooth operations.
• Help maintain cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the car wash including the landscaping.
• Learn the processes of handling chemicals safely.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (car wash or automotive experience a plus).
• A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A team player attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
