Car Wash Sales Representative

About the role

At Gas N Wash, our goal is to provide an exceptional customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with energy and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming first impression.
• Promote and sell unlimited wash memberships, gift cards, and service upgrades.
• Educate customers on the benefits of different wash packages and add-ons.
• Maintain excellent customer service while meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Absorb and assist with light operational tasks to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Direct vehicles safely into car wash tunnels ensuring safe and smooth operations.
• Help maintain cleanliness of the car wash including the landscaping.
• Learn the processes of handling chemicals safely.
• Use basic computer skills.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales, retail, or customer service experience (car wash or automotive experience a plus).
• A confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A team player attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
• Open availability including weekends is required.
• The ability to work efficiently outdoors in all 4 seasons.
• The ability to stand for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
