Car Wash Associate - Woodland
About the Role
As a Car Wash Associate, you'll be responsible for preparing, guiding, and loading vehicles into the tunnel, ensuring the location is equipped with clean towels, and maintaining proper equipment functionality while providing an excellent customer experience. This role requires anticipating customer needs, building relationships, and maintaining a strong focus on safety. You'll thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, multitasking and adapting to change. This position is ideal for those passionate about growth and seeking opportunities to develop leadership skills and advance within the company. Note: This role primarily involves working outdoors.
Responsibilities
- Service vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the wash tunnel.
- Maintain location cleanliness through tasks like sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping as directed.
- Assist customers with requests to enhance their experience.
- Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with care.
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 required.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Work Environment
Primarily outdoor work with exposure to heat, cold, rain, and wind. Moderate to high noise levels from equipment and vehicles. Frequent interaction with colleagues and customers in a fast-paced setting, especially during peak hours.
Physical Activity
Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Manual tasks and equipment operation. Requires stamina and endurance throughout the shift.

Pay
$15.50 - $16.50 per hour
