About the role

Position Summary As a Car Wash Associate, you'll be responsible for preparing, guiding, and loading vehicles into the tunnel, as well as ensuring that the location is equipped with clean towels and that all equipment is functioning properly while providing excellent customer experience. This role requires a keen ability to anticipate customer needs, build lasting relationships, and maintain a strong focus on safety. You'll thrive in a dynamic environment, multitasking and adapting to change. We're looking for someone eager to hit the ground running and start building a successful career path. Responsibilities

• Prepare, guide, and load vehicles into the wash tunnel
• Ensure location is equipped with clean towels and all equipment is functioning properly
• Service vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the wash tunnel
• Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and/or minor landscaping work as directed by leadership
• Assist customers with any request to enhance their experience
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly to customers and handling vehicles with extreme care

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 required
