Position Summary: As a Car Wash Associate, you'll be responsible for preparing, guiding, and loading vehicles into the tunnel, ensuring the location is equipped with clean towels and that all equipment functions properly while providing an excellent customer experience. You'll anticipate customer needs, build lasting relationships, maintain a strong focus on safety, thrive in a dynamic environment, multitask, and adapt to change. This role is primarily outdoors, requiring you to like working outside in various weather conditions. Super Star Car Wash operates over 110 locations across AZ, CA, CO, and TX, focusing on reliability, unlimited car washes, VIP customer treatment, innovative car wash tech, eco-friendly practices, and community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Service vehicles with bug spray while guiding them into the wash tunnel
- Complete tasks associated with location cleanliness such as sweeping, replenishing, mopping, cleaning, and minor landscaping work as directed
- Assist customers with any request to enhance their experience
- Exceed customer expectations by being friendly and handling vehicles with extreme care
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 required
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Willingness to work outside and adapt to various weather conditions
- Ability to work a flexible, full-time schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina for prolonged standing, walking, manual tasks, and operating equipment
