Car Wash Assistant Manager Level 2

About the Role

This is a full-time shift supervisor position at Store 2709579 in Bullhead City, Arizona. The role requires open availability, including weekdays and weekends, and the ability to work the opposite shift of the Site Manager.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and engage staff, including recognition activities.
• Perform shift supervision and assume Site Manager’s responsibilities when needed.
• Perform and train all duties of CSR, S1, and S2 positions in accordance with company guidelines and performance standards.
• Provide prompt, courteous customer service and professionally resolve customer issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, incidents, and issues in a timely manner.
• Report all incidents (employee or customer injuries, property damage, etc.) to the Site Manager.
• Ensure the site follows all approved safety and vehicle damage claim procedures.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma; 6 months to 1 year of retail and management experience preferred.
• Leadership and communication skills, including active listening.
• Experience with team building.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer needs.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong work ethic and professional attitude.
• Three or more years of retail experience, with at least one year in a supervisory/management role.
• Candidates with supervisory experience from a big-box environment, auto industry, car wash, or lube store are encouraged to apply.

Physical Demands

• Frequently required to stand and walk throughout the workday.
• Use of hands; reach with hands and arms.
• Climb or balance; stoop, crouch, and kneel.
• Work in damp, humid, and variable outdoor weather conditions.
• Lift and/or move objects up to 25 lbs regularly and occasionally up to 50 lbs.

Working Environment

The role operates in a typical outdoor car wash environment with moderate to excessively loud noise levels, requiring hearing protection and other personal protective equipment (PPE) as per OSHA safety guidelines.
