Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Aid customers in selecting products that suit their needs and guide purchasing decisions
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, email, and video
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Utilize apps and technology to support sales activities
- Seek out and develop customer networks within the community
- Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
- Valid Driver’s License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Goal-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred
