Car Coster/Biller

About the role

The Lou Fusz Automotive Network is seeking an experienced Car Coster to join their motivated team. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of automotive dealership experience, with a focus on accounting and/or car sale billing, and experience with the title process.

Responsibilities

• Process, analyze, and post car sales to accounting
• Processing all payoffs
• Verify state lien notices are filed in a timely manner
• Processing out-of-state registration for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit appropriate paperwork in a timely manner
• Reconciling aftermarket products sold throughout the month
• Participating in month-end activities up to and including: reconciling schedules, remitting payments for aftermarket products, reconciling and updating costs in car sale deals.
