About the role

Farris Motor Company is hiring Car Buying Coaches to join their innovative, people-first sales team. The role involves assisting customers throughout the entire car buying process without high-pressure sales tactics, building rapport and trust through friendly, transparent communication, educating customers on vehicle options, financing, trade-ins, and purchase steps, collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth transactions, and creating long-term customer relationships by delivering a memorable experience.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with clients through effective communication
• Educate customers on various vehicle features, financing options, and purchasing processes
• Work collaboratively with other departments to facilitate seamless transactions

Requirements

• Passionate about helping others and delivering a positive experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Qualifications

• No prior sales experience required; paid training provided
• Willingness to assist with relocation for the right candidate
