Responsibilities
- Supports all administrative aspects of proposal development.
- Ensures security and integrity of all proposal documentation.
- Coordinates internal flow and review of all proposal inputs.
- Directs production of final master proposal.
- Creates and updates pursuit SharePoint sites.
- Establishes and documents electronic proposal file access and tracking protocols.
- Aids in the preparation and review of proposal outlines.
- Assists in the development of Proposal Compliance Matrixes.
- Coordinates proposal kick-off meetings, Color Team Reviews (Pink, Red, Gold).
- Interfaces with multiple departments for proposal preparation.
- Prepares on-boarding documentation.
- Coordinates stand-up activities, internal flow of proposal inputs and outputs.
- Maintains real-time development status of all proposal text and graphics.
- Develops final production cycles, schedules, resources, and assists in directing production, reproduction, and binding/packaging of final master proposal.
- Participates in reviews to ensure proposal compliance with the RFP.
- Coordinates and participates in comprehensive compliance reviews.
- Coordinates Past Performance inputs and Resumes.
- Tracks past performance questionnaires.
- Understands formats text using styles and templates, creates tables, imports graphics and spreadsheets.
- Produces compliant documents according to customer requirements.
- Develops and requests data calls to Operations/Field organizations or subcontractors.
- Assists Capture Managers with key personnel searching and job postings.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: One (1) year of similar experience in supporting Local, State, or Federal Government.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of government procurement, Federal government contracts, regulations and procedures, and government operations and maintenance services.
- Secret security clearance or ability to obtain.
- Local to the Orlando, FL office.
Pay and Benefits
The starting pay for this role will be based on the candidate's job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The salary range is USD $50,000 - $85,000, with provided salary range minimum and maximum values corresponding to variances between regional/geographic locations across the United States.
