Responsibilities

• Partner with teams to create winning proposal strategies targeting new markets
• Conduct thorough research on customers, populations, and competition
• Oversee intelligence gathering on competitors and market dynamics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align company's strengths with proposal strategies
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify risks and opportunities in proposals
• Synthesize data into actionable insights for diverse stakeholders

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Medicaid managed care proposals
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficient in creating executive-level presentations
• Ability to independently produce high-quality deliverables under tight deadlines
• Skilled in cross-functional collaboration to achieve shared objectives
• Adaptable to changing priorities, identifying risks and developing solutions
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and travel 25% as needed

$100,000 – $231,540 annually
