Capture and Proposal Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Capture and Proposal Specialist to support our Capture and Proposal team. In this role, you will assist in tracking Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs) and support the capture process through the maintenance of the Business Development Database. The specialist researches new business opportunities and conducts due diligence to identify potential partnership prospects. You will help develop customer-focused, high-quality responses to government RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs, and participate in cross-functional discussions related to solution design, teaming strategies, and cost development.

Additional responsibilities include assisting with departmental schedules, updating opportunity databases and portals for multiple concurrent solicitations, and maintaining effective working relationships with personnel across upper management, capture teams, proposal teams, and subject matter experts.

Responsibilities

  • Track Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs).
  • Maintain the Business Development Database to support the capture process.
  • Research new business opportunities and conduct due diligence to identify potential partnership prospects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS or BA).
  • 10 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and Teaming Agreements (TAs).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
